Tp link tl wn722n install. I have external adapter TP-Link-TL-WN722N V1 currently used for Linux kali rolling on my PC laptop. Since my OPO chip-set doesn't support monitor mode, I would like to use TP-Link-TL-WN722N V1.     It's a little late to System Restore or uninstall the Update to get back before the one which caused the problem. But you can try at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Installed Update History to Uninstall the one you suspect caused this, or check System Restore to see if it goes back that far: http://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/computing/how-t..
    What I'd do at this point is wait a few days for Spring Creators Update to be released, install Media Creation Tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now. This is the most stable way to change to the newer version and because it reinstalls WIndows while keeping your files and programs in place, it fixes most problems. If not you'll know it's due to a program conflict and we can go from there.
    Otherwise Please run the Playing Sound troubleshooter at Start button > Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot.
    Try rolling back the sound driver in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Choose Sound controller device, then Driver tab, then Roll back if available.
    Update the Sound driver from the PC's Support Downloads web page. While there make sure you also have the latest Chipset, Display, Network, USB and all other drivers, comparing with the version presently installed in Device Manager.
    If no newer driver then uninstall the one presently installed in Device Manager, reached by right clicking the Start Button. Restart PC to reinstall.

    It's possible this was caused by a Windows Update so if nothing above works, go to Settings>Update & Security>Windows Update, check the Installed Updates list for Updates that might have been just installed, try uninstalling them using the Uninstall button present there.
